The journal is owned by New Health Concept (NHC), a company that provides consultancy, training, edition and publication services related to healthcare. PoEM publishes continuously and is freely available for readers and researchers.

PoEM offers a complete view of Emergency Medicine from all over the world, with a comprehensive presentation of the subject which is reflected in our scope. The journal’s aim is to provide a global platform for disseminating scientific literature among clinicians, researchers, and policymakers, for a better understanding, management and prevention of emergency medicine cases. Our goal is to contribute to the development of emergency medicine in general and more specifically in developing countries.
